  • We’ll look at the history of yoga and how its‘s shaped modern practice,.
  • We’ll examine the  role of mudra and at some of the  basic “cleansing’” practices from the Hatha Yoga  tradition.
  • We’ll explore the philosophy of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” in detail and some of the  other related texts too to see how they relate to your contemporary experience of Yoga.
