There are a number of important protocols and procedures to be aware of once face to face classes are taking place again. The following processes apply in all venues:
*Please sanitise your hands as you enter and leave the buildings. There are dispensers in all of the doorways.
*Some venues will have a one way system in place which will be clearly marked.. Please follow it.
*Please wear a mask when entering or leaving the building and in any communal areas eg toilets or kitchen .
*A mask is not required during the Yoga class but feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.
*Toilet areas are strictly “one in one out”. Please leave the area clean and tidy and wash your hands!
* If other people are using the building please wait in the Foyer area until the main hall is free.
*You must sign in to each class and leave up to date contact details.Please be aware that I will retain this information for at least 3 months and will pass your details to “Track and Trace” in the event of a Covid outbreak.
* Please bring your own mat and anything else you need. I will no longer be providing any equipment.
* Mats must be placed at least 2 metres apart. Class numbers have been reduced to accommodate this.
* Please do not come to class if you have any Covid related symptoms such as high temperature, persistent cough or loss of taste or smell. Even if you don’t believe it’s Covid related I reserve the right to refuse you admittance to the class.
*Please do not come to class if you have an underlying health condition eg chest or heart problem diabetes etc that means you would be at risk of serious complications from contracting Covid 19. Once again I reserve the right to refuse a booking or admittance to the class.
